Club TeeTime reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Web site is offered.

FEEDBACK INFORMATION

Any feedback information provided to Club TeeTime in connection with this Web site or the Services shall be provided by you and received by Club TeeTime on a non-confidential basis and shall become the sole and exclusive property of Club TeeTime. Club TeeTime shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

ONLINE TEE TIME BOOKING

All green fee rates are subject to change at any time.

If you book a tee time inside the golf course's cancellation policy window (for example: cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your tee time and you book that tee time 24 hours before play) you may be charged a cancellation fee or the full amount of the green fees being booked (subject to the golf course policy).

To cancel a tee time prior to the cancellation policy window expiring, call 1-800-830-0418.

To notify Club TeeTime of a cancellation after the cancellation policy window has expired (due to inclement weather, course closure, etc.), notify Club TeeTime at orders@clubteetime.com.

Select a golf course
Select the number of players
Select an acceptable time range for a tee time
The total of greens fees are then calculated
Acceptable payment for greens fees is by credit card, gift certificates, member discount or any combination of the three. (The charge to a credit card is on the day of play, not at reservation request.)
Submit tee time reservation request
If the tee time is available within the request parameters, it will be booked
A play voucher is emailed to the player showing actual tee time confirmation
Present the voucher at the golf course on the day of play at check-in

CLUB TEETIME MEMBERSHIP

Membership privileges and benefits are for registered and paid in full members only and are not transferable.

Club TeeTime reserves the right to change or modify the participating golf course list at any time.

All member tee time booking must be made through the Club TeeTime website at www.clubteetime.com.

GENERAL

The laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A, govern this agreement without regard to any choice of law provisions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site or the Services. Use of this Web site and the Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Club TeeTime as a result of this agreement or use of this Web site or the Services.

Club TeeTime's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Club TeeTime's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web site or information provided to or gathered by Club TeeTime with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Club TeeTime with respect to this Web site and the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Club TeeTime with respect to this Web site and the Services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned herein are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event.
